HOW TO ORDER

- Make sure you read all the Terms of Service before request!
- Contact me at Twitter / Instagram / E-mail ([email protected])
- Send me image references such as clothing, character, background, pose, expression, etc. for request. I recommend you to gather all the image you have for creating detail you want.
- When rough sketch has sent, please proceed full payment via Bank BCA, GoPAY, or QRIS. The bank transfer will be sent via direct messages.

Terms of Service

GENERAL
1. Please note that I post across multiple media platforms, including Twitter (@reo8896), Instagram (@reo8896), Pixiv (Reo), and Threads (@reo8896). Anything that is outside of those platforms are scam/fan accounts.2.This is not a case of first-come, first-served. I reserve the right to prioritize commissions that can be accomplished within a reasonable timeframe.3.I have the right to refuse or terminate projects and requests according to my discretion and capabilities, for any avoidance or breaking the agreement which can mean refusal to complete your commission.4.For corporations, agencies, organizations, management, and groups, please contact me directly for further information and to make arrangements.IMAGE COPYRIGHT
1. I retain full usage rights to the artworks. This includes, but it's not limited to, social medias, content, and marketing promotions. You may not claim it as your own without my express agreement.2. If you wish your commission to not be published or for any other purposes, you must state this to invoicing. There's an additional private fee in addition to the base price.3. As long as proper credit is given via a clearly visible link to my social media, commission card, and any watermark/signature remains intact and altered, you have my permission to repost artwork in any manner you prefer.4. Prohibited Actions as follows: (1) Altering any of my artworks in any way without obtaining permission first. Cropping/resizing the image for icon, profile, or other personal use are acceptable. (2) Use of any of my artworks as references for your own work/project, such as tracing or any re-purposing of parts and elements. (3) Claim the artworks as your own, whether for personal or commercial use. (4) Use of any artwork for blockchain-related technology. This included, but not limited to, Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) and any cryptocurrencies. (5) Usage of Work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms, or programs; ML (machine learning) tools, platforms, or programs; AI or ML training.ART REQUIREMENT & PROCESSES
1. These are two lists of types that I am either comfortable or not working with; (1) DO'S: Fanarts, Ikemen, Bara, Original Characters, Couples Pairing (this includes Yaoi and Yuri). (2) DON'TS: NSFW Stuff, Monster/Creature, Mecha, Furries, Heavy Gore, any kinds of hateful content such as racism, transphobia, homophobia, and character with Nazi/Soviet/etc. imagery. Feel free to contact me if you feel that your commission does not accurately fit into a specific category listed above.2. For visual references, you must provide at least one clear, concise, up-to-date, and accurate reference sheet of your character and background. If you have any small and subtle changes to an existing reference sheet, please be sure to mention this, and any arrangements can be made.All of my completed commissions will be of my original work to the best of my abilities as an Artist. Some design interpretations may be inconsistent between images and lessen my ability to accurately draw the desired character design. In order to avoid copyright issue with exisiting intellectual properties, I am within my rights to change the intended design to an artboard/moodboard type of references that were provided.3. Updates & Edits: (1) WIPs updates will be provided as frequently as available, but at my discretion. Certain commission types may or may not include a sketch before approval. Progress will be paused until the initial sketch is confirmed. (2) You are allowed to refrain from asking for excessive WIPs updates, as it may prolong the creation process and/or reduce the overall quality of the final product. (3) If I create any errors/faults in any kind of visual elements, including character design, accessories, etc., edits shall be made with no additional cost within reason.5. You may allow to request revisions up to two times. If you request more than two revisions, an additional fee will be charge once the artwork is completed. Any major revisions will be also charge with additional fee.4. The workflow for one artwork may range from 1-3 weeks from start to completion on average. However, it may take longer depending on the complexity and other unexpected/possible situations that may delay the progress.DEADLINE POLICY
1. A specified deadline can be requested. However, please specify a reasonable dates with a minimum of 21 days. Shorter deadlines may be declined unless an extension is possible.2. I am not responsible for missed deadlines caused by delayed client communication. Clients are encouraged to respond to revision updates within 2-4 days to avoid delays. If there are no responds from client within 7 days, the commission will move forward.3. Requests to extend the deadline or pause the project must be communicated in advance.PAYMENT INFORMATION AND REFUNDS
1. Applicants will pay the full amount upfront, made only through Bank BCA, GoPAY, or QRIS.REFUND POLICY
1. If the agreement/commission is terminated by me before any work has commenced, the Applicant is entitled to a full refund. If the Client cancels the commission during the process, the amount refunded will be provided on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.2. There are no refunds will be given during the process, finishing, or nearly finished commission process. However, a refund can be issued when an emergencies happen during the process.3. I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, and without due explanation or prior notice. The policy states that a full/partial refund will be issued.4. Please do not request for chargeback during the refund process, I will transfer the money myself. However, when you request the chargeback, the refunds will be declined.CONDUCT, CONTACT, AND COMMUNICATION
1. Any form of defamatory statements (this includes, but is not limited to: any form of harassment, verbal, physical, and emotional. Name-calling and derogatory terms, disrespect of protected and vulnerable groups, cultures, sexualities, race, etc.)2. You must understand that any kind and all kind of personal/identifying information that may be visible during all transactions cannot and shall not be shared/doxxed/posted (including the storage of such information for blackmail and any other malicious interpretations).3. Inappropriate behavior towards other creators and me are not tolerated. These actions include, but are not limited to: (1) Spying - acquiring of personal/identifying information, (2) Harrassment - sexual, verbal, actionable, (3) Manipulation - passive aggressive behavior, implicit threats, gaslighting, verbal abuse, blackmail. (4) Scamming - actions that unfairly deprive the Artist, rigger, content creator, and/or individuals of funds due to fraudulent/suspicious transactions.4.Any violations under this section will result in an immediate termination of the commission, ban on all of my social media, blacklisting, and you accept full legal liability as resulting of such actions. This is non-negotiable and is at my sole discretion.
