Terms of Service

GENERAL
1. I have a right to decline your request if your request cannot be delivered well because any commission request is influenced by my style & preferences
2. I have a right to retain the copyright over the commissioned artwork
3. I will NOT claim the Intellectual Property of the commission work
4. I will NOT ACCEPT commercial requests for any blockchain-related technology including NFTs and any form of cryptocurrency.DO's AND DON'Ts

1. Accepting full payment or 50/50 payment is only processed through QRISPROCESS
If you already sent a request, you should expect 1-2 months for responses depending on political environments, health, etc.
1. Sketches will be provided 7-12 days after the request is accepted. The rendering process will take around 7+ days depending on the details of the illustration. In total, you should expect to finish around more than 2 weeks.
2. Only minor revisions will be accepted after the sketches are approved, such as color adjustments, details, etc.
3. Allowed revision 3 times maximum during the lineart/rendering process.
4. I am not responsible for any unsatisfaction elements of the finished design if no feedback was given.COMMERCIAL OR PERSONAL USE
1. You will receive a high-quality finished commission art and I will post it on my Pixiv, Twitter, Instagram, etc. in low-quality. Do not claim the art as yours for your profit unless you paid a license fee.
2. Personal brandings such as profile pictures and banners are considered personal use.
3. Permanent Streamer branding (opening/ending screen on any streamer sites (such as Twitch, YouTube, etc.), merchandise, promotional art, thumbnail, etc.) is considered for commercial use. The charge for any commercial use will be 2x - 3x of original prices depending on the usage of the property.
4. Usage of Work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms, or programs; ML (machine learning) tools, platforms, or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited.REFUNDS
1. If for any reason I am unable to start the commission, the refunds will be given a maximum of 90% depending on the progress of the commission.
2. Refunds may be requested if I have not started the commission yet.
3. No refunds when during the finishing process.
4. Please do not request for chargeback during the refund process, I will transfer the money myself. However, when you request the chargeback, the refunds will be declined

HOW TO ORDER

- Make sure you read all the Terms of Service before request!

- Send me image references such as clothing, character, background, pose, expression, etc. for request. I recommend you to gather all the image you have for creating detail you want.
- When rough sketch has sent, please proceed full payment via QRIS. The QRIS will be send at direct messages
